What are your order cutoff times?

Why do I see a pre-authorization / payment hold on my statement?
When you place an order, we place a hold for a slightly higher order total on your card. This pending hold is replaced by the correct charge upon successful packing and delivery. This ensures that suppliers can charge accurate weights for products (i.e. 1.09lb or 0.98lb steak vs. 1lb ordered). If you cancel the order or the payment hold is not captured, the authorization is cancelled and the funds are released back. It's very similar to the gas pump!
Why do I see a pre-authorization / payment hold on my statement?
You can cancel your order up until the order cutoff time before delivery or pick up. Because our team starts very early in the morning, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order on the day of delivery.
Do you accept returns?
We cannot accept returns or cancellations the same day of your order but we will do our best to address any issue with your order. You can cancel or change your order up until the cutoff hour for your service region.
If I choose home delivery, when will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders every Friday.
What if I'm not home for my home delivery?
No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Items are carefully packaged in an insulated box so food stays fresh even if you’re not home when we deliver. Any freshly thawed items can either be refrigerated or re-frozen for later use.
What is the cost for home delivery?
There is a flat rate delivery fee of $14 with every order. Orders over $100 qualify for free home delivery!
Can my shipping package be recycled?
All of our packaging used for shipping is 100% compostable or recyclable. Go to https://greencellfoam.com/disposal for more detailed instructions.
Can my home delivery packaging be recycled?
You can return 100% of your clean packaging to us for recycling and reuse. You may return your insulated bag to our farm store, or simply leave your bag out for us to pick up upon your next Three Springs Farm delivery.
