All vacuum packed with our Three Springs USDA Label. Buy in bulk and guarantee the availability of pork for your family throughout the year. Not to mention saving yourself MANY trips to the grocery store for meat! 

Half Pig Shares include roughly 75lb of Three Springs non-GMO pasture raised Pork.

We have changed our Whole and Half Pig Shares to a set list of items. This allows customers to plan for what cuts and how many they will have. No more confusion with cut sheets or hanging weights.

All pork is Vacuum packed and labeled. The meat will be boxed and ready for pickup or delivery to the customer.

·  Freezer space needed: Approx. 2.5-4 cubic feet

Breakdown:

9-Bone In or Boneless Pork Chops (Can be a mix of both)

4-Boneless Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt)

1-Rack Spare Ribs

5-Packs Uncured Bacon (1lb Packs)

2- Fresh Ham Hocks

30lbs Loose Sausage of your choice (1 Flavors, Link or Pattie Sausage will have small fee for upgrade.)

Fat Upon Request.

***We contact you for choice of Sausage flavor and types. We will also ask for your choice of bone-in or Boneless Chops.

**Please also note that customers that pick boneless pork chops will see less that the 75Lb weight due to loss of bone weight.
